What does Boots to Health do for Veterans?
We provide comprehensive health and wellness services including mental health support, fitness and wellness programs, educational workshops, and advocacy and community support. All services are delivered completely free of charge to Veterans.
Do I need to register for workouts?
No registration required. Just show up. Monday and Wednesday 6:00 AM workouts are completely free and open to all Veterans, first responders, and law enforcement officers. Come as you are, ready to work.
What kind of services are offered?
Our services include free health screenings, mental health support, fitness and wellness programs, nutrition coaching, spiritual counseling, life coaching, educational workshops, and community advocacy. Every service is tailored to meet the unique needs of each Veteran.
