Memorial Monday's

Boots To Health Foundation invites the Veteran community to a special Memorial Monday workout session, completely free of charge. Let's come together to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom through fitness and camaraderie. ( This is a recurring event every Monday at 6am. )

For your situational awareness: Some workouts may be done outside so bring appropriate clothing based on weather conditions... don't forget your water.
